A commercial tour bus carrying 21 people has crashed in Cape Breton on Sunday, seriously hurting one person and injuring nine others reported CBC News.
RCMP in Nova Scotia say they got a 911 call just before 2:30 p.m.
The crash site is on the Cabot Trail about three kilometres south of Neils Harbour.
Sgt. Brigdit Leger, an RCMP spokeswoman, said one passenger was seriously injured and nine others suffered moderate injuries.
She said the cause of the crash is under investigation, but it appears the driver lost control of the bus and it rolled onto its side and into a ditch.
A spokeswoman for Emergency Health Services says a LifeFlight aircraft and other emergency vehicles were dispatched.
The Cabot Trail is closed until further notice.
Johnny Buchanan, the county councillor for the area, said that section of the road is in good condition, with no significant curves.
No other details are known about the bus or passengers.
